Returns

Note: All sales are final unless the item is defective or meets our return eligibility. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be new (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags).
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless you received the wrong item.
• Items showing signs of use may be rejected at our discretion.

Exchanges

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

• Email us at jaicaseybusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or error.
• Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
